Just reminded of how well done this episode was on #BatmanTAS. Adam West as a film noir vigilante was the silvery stuff of Golden Age celluloid. How #Batman looked up to him in part as inspiration for his own Caped Crusader. This show was really good at adding more layers to myth

Country Joe & the Fish was a real American rock band feat’d in an issue of #NickFury, Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. #15. Fury both refers to himself as an old GOAT (lol, pun intended by me) & gets assassinated in the same ish.

The #Twitterverse is something else. We’ve no problem w/ fictional zombies, evil clowns & serial monsters killing humans. Yet we’ve a problem w/ fictional villains who have a penchant for killing animals.
