Decided on "Tegwen" after all! The vibe feels just right. Unlike my other self-rep characters Tegwen is JUST a fursona, and she’s designed to be easy for me to make into a fursuit with a normal amount of body padding/shaping (tho maybe with a little extra tummy pad...).
Finally came up with a design I like for my bush dog girl! She’s like a midpoint between bearself and Haw in terms of both vibe and design. She’s also now part tanuki, which added the design elements I felt were missing in the original just-bush-dog concept.

Ahh it’s so nice to be able to draw again without the whole experience being a huge chore start to finish.
There was a post on one of my dog FB groups where someone drew their dream breed/mix and it inspired me to sketch out mine in a more realistic way! This time I'm thinking of it as more or less a Papillon/Havanese/Tibetan Spaniel mix.
