Overhaul challenging Tomura's authority & leadership skills was the best part of episode 2! Overhaul definitely has a point though. In a lot of ways Tomura squandered the resources he had & he needs to rethink his strategy against the heros if he wants to become leader.

Day 18 is a spooky anime that best describes your life. Hmmm...this is a tough one! I'm gonna go with Happy Sugar Life because just like Satou I may be happy on the outside but once you get to know me I'm pretty cynical on the inside 😆

The vindictive nature of Askeladd set off a weighty pit in my stomach. What Askeladd did was brutal & harrowing, but he did it for the survival of his men. I have to say this episode left me reeling from my emotions & trying to make sense of everything. Favorite episode so far!

Episode 14 of Vinland Saga completely blew me away. It was the darkest episode thus far. The heavy themes of religion vs. non-believers & heaven vs. hell was done spectacularly. They did such a careful job with how these themes were presented to us. I was on edge the whole time.
