Shoulder Stretch with Nie Mingjue!
A simple stretch this week. instead of using your forearms to hold your arm, you can hold your arm with your hand if it's easier!
(you don't need to hold your hands if fists like da-ge does here)
Wrist Stretch with Nie Huaisang!
This one's especially good for you artists and writers! You can really mess up your hands if you keep going without breaks (carpal tunnel is no joke!!) As often as possible, try these wrist stretches.
