I want to thank @BoskoAndrea for this great artwork of my detective toon fox 'sona Sam Valentino! He looks fantastic!
@beary__12 @HannaBarberaCap Same with them leaving out "Shaggy and Scooby-Doo Get a Clue", the only Scooby show that Cartoon Network and Boomerang REFUSE to rerun... at least in North America.
@springfieldians One of Abe Simpson's illegitimate children? I love how she was basically a female Homer, not unlike Homer's half-sister Abbey from Season 15.
@scoobyhistory I also enjoyed when the gang did that in DC's "Scooby-Doo, Where Are You?" comics issue #64, in the "Twin Dilemma" story.
@scoobyhistory Yep, but it lost to "The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh", airing on the very same network's Saturday morning block as "A Pup Named Scooby-Doo" was! Though with episodes like THIS, how else could you compete?
@OtterTal There was a Scooby-Doo comic story discussing that, and how the CGI is cheaper but often isn't as convincing.
@SpudBug__ He's also superior to the version from "Shaggy and Scooby-Doo Get a Clue." Scott Menville's a good voice actor and all, but his Shaggy voice was just awful! (Ironically, his design is basically a stylized representation of Matthew Lillard as Shaggy in the live-action movies.)
I'm noticing a trend. Every other WB Animation Scooby-Doo show changes the art style and other things to really harsh criticism. First "Shaggy and Scooby-Doo Get a Clue", then "Be Cool, Scooby-Doo", and now "Velma". (And WB treats "Get a Clue" like an old shame now!)
Even with the rut the Looney Tunes are currently in, I want to wish Ralph Wolf and Sam Sheepdog a happy 70th anniversary of their debut! I like how they are working-class furs, and they're pretty adept at disguise, too!
@PeanutsNoCont Snoopy's having so much fun, it should be illegal... like copyright infringement! *head morphs into Mickey Mouse* "Ho-ho! See you at the game, Joe! Ho-ho!"
