Rooting about in the files looking for a specific reference drawing and instead found old one of mine. Still natural history though so it’s valid.

Absolutely gutted. A hero of mine since childhood. A master artist who’s every line was just filled with joy and humour. One of, if not the all time great cartoonists there has been. RIP Sempe.

Been to the gym again. Spare a thought for the ruptured.

When painting it’s always important to remember that the person living with it isn’t going to be constantly looking at it from two inches away. Have to constantly remind myself to stand back every few minutes. (Forgive the lack of steady cam)
