Some of my favorite Flash comics were the Rogues' Profile/spotlight issues. We had to do one for Trickster. Two that I loved most were the Captain Cold & Zoom issues. The Cold cover is by Brian Bolland, but both issues were drawn by @ScottKolins , who also drew today's Flash 66!
