sasuke was so pissed off by seeing naruto so upset and crying that orochimaru too noticed his bad mood 😭

the headband represents naruto and sasuke's bond which naruto held onto even when sasuke wanted to abandon it. sasuke accepting the headband was a symbolism of him finally acknowledging their bond and "holding onto" it forever which is why it's still imp for him

the fact that naruto carried sasuke's headband everywhere he went till he was able to give it back to sasuke and the fact that sasuke held onto that headband for years all through his time spent on his mission even tho he doesnt wear it :)

reminder that naruto and sasuke despite being separated for three years and not talking about their attack strategy beforehand, were able to combine their attacks with perfectly matching chakra ratio which is said to be difficult to achieve even for pairs with years of practice
