Here's a coule of sketches vs the final.
For these I mostly wanted to get an idea of the pose and I wanted to cement the face.

But as you can see I didn't really get much of an idea of the pose.

Charlie, my boy, my first sona.

Strong, likes comfortable clothing.
Used to wear a steven universe shirt.
I still like Charlie alot. I replaced him as my sona once he started getting too buff that I couldn't relate to him anymore.
Yes, Reptiles don't have nips. I just like them

Another one boy has made his appearance.
Clocking in at around 7', swole as heck

It's the boyyyy, Alex. Skinny but slightly toned. A very loving boy, good boy.

I literally had no reason to make this other than wanting to solidify his design more.

Mildly interesting to me bout the transition periods is that Bens design started in my cute phase.
So the actual distinction is very clear on him. I realized I could crush on characters so I made a new ref-sheet that I could crush on because I just couldn't crush on the old one.

His shoes make him look short somehow?
The shoes might not make it into the final version.

I shortened his neck.
I'm still struggling around with his colors though.

I just know I wanted him to have a green shirt. (Or partially green like with this 3/4 sleeve shirt.)
