I’m a massive 70s-80s fan. Listened to Queen nonstop as a kid and still do.

@coucyi 1st artwork was most directly inspired by a song. It’s “Every Day is Like Sunday” by Morrissey

Maurice’s design and personality was inspired off of songs by The Smith’s, The Cure and similar acts.
But the idea of him being infected by a mind demon came from listening to Muse.

Sometimes I tell people that I earn a bit of money online by drawing digital commissions of different cartoony characters. Half the time people think it's neat but then the other half just react like:
