BGs are one of my biggest weakness, but... I am picking things up along the way, and occasionally I make something I enjoy looking at. I'm not very happy with this, but I learnt a lot trying to make it. What I don't put time into today I won't be good at tomorrow.
Playing around with more backgrounds. I want to try to go back and draw a few characters over some of these. The light from between the leaves was a very happy accident, I'm glad I didn't undo it.
I finished this picture for a personal project, the original pencils are from a while ago.
I am happy with how this came out. The airbrush glow effect made it look more digital in a way I like.
Character design for one shot I am working on. Her name is Shinobu. The planned name of the work is "three moves ahead". The text on the side was for me, it's not written to be legible.
Head in the clouds.
This was a doodle, I wanted to throw some color on it. I used a sample of acrylic brush strokes and the watercolor brush mode in medibang to give it a crayon type feel. It started as a catgirl drawing, but I decided to make her human.
