I really, genuinely like eastern dragons and Asian culture in general (Can't say the same for the food) I even studied the Chinese language for a while, before I decided it wasn't worth learning the language of a country that would disappear me on sight lol (3/4)
The dragons of Kumandra are closely connected to water. So it's rather unusual for one to be born with the powers of flame. Bataar was never very popular with his peers due to the destructive nature of his abilities. But he takes his role as an outcast in stride.
