i redesigned an old oc to make them fit better into my world im making, his name is Telipi and he has winged arms and a very lightweight body, enabling him to fly for short periods of time

*slight* changes to xolimos design
added a banner thing and made the fur on his head fluffier/more visible, overall it is Him
