Version 2: Travelling deep inside polar coordinates..
I applied the zoom as a radius shift in polar coordinates and used a periodical triangle wave to reflect-pad the radial distance of each pixel --> no more hard boundary👏
+ this uses PyTorch grid_sample(), so 100% GPU!
