The vibrant scenes created for various Futurocity lines fit well into an aesthetic we've termed 'Silicon Dreams'. Popular from the late 80s-late 90s, it captures both the excitement of newly-available CGI technology, and the translation of surrealist art into the digital sphere.

'Murinsel' (Mur Island), an artificial floating island in the city of Graz, Austria. (2002-3)
Designed by Vito Acconci as a futuristic interpretation of a seashell, it was built for the occasion of Graz becoming the 2003 European Capital of Culture. (1/X)
