2003: First 3DS max model after moving from Truespace to 3DS.
@BelgianBoolean My name is Mark Rademaker, I'm a hard surface/NURBS modeler that strives for 0 tolerance. (unless required.) (https://t.co/rDeYmWlFVQ) Thanks for doing this! 😀
Cover I did for "Architects of Infinity". (#Voyager novel written by Kirsten Beyer, who now is writing for the new #Picard series.)
2007: "Orbital Blue". Used to demonstrate Powernurbs software during #Siggraph San Diego. This is probably one of my favorite "lines" and I need to revisit it soon.
@Deep_South_Dude Each module is supported by a large central connector. (The connector doubles as a dissipation unit and a corridor.) The ends of each module are resting on the truss structure (Spine) so to speak. :)
@SamSykesSwears My favorite animal of all time. Even the eyes had armor... :) Back in 2003 I modeled a catamaran that would, in some sort of time or evolutionary accident, act as a protector against all sorts of Paleo creatures. :)
2012 @startrek SOTL: Merian Class, I made 3 variants: Planck, Curie & Hawking. In @BrannonBraga's Hive comic the Hawking variant is visible.
