Frank is young, idealistic, and very excited about his very first job, working basically a multiplanar ambulance service in Sigil!
He's wanted to be a paladin since he was just a blob, after seeing a knight help someone

His goals are to do a Good Job, help people, and read in a nice comfy chair with his slippers on
