I was interested in reading Josephine the French Rose(illustrator of Candy Candy) but it definitely needs a human translator… what a waste of a series. We already don’t get much shoujo especially from classic shoujo mangaka’s and for this to turn out like this is just sad

With Chie Shinohara 40th anniversary last year I would love to have her work licensed in English again. Especially her latest work Yume no Shizuku, Ougon no Torikago. I would love to read some of her older works too like Purple Eyes. But the least Viz can do is reprint Red River
