Still kind of sad we never see his octoling form in-game (and now Cuttlefish's squid form was revealed). The devs don't confirm if he's just unable to transform or doesn't want to. Big scary octopus is iconic. Still, back then Octavio was kinda... oops sorry you had to read this

Harmony/Paruko has always been really popular with JP artists and the developers took NOTE. I’ve also theorized if Splat bands would get this kind of feature in-game; it’s just great. Love this lil adhd creature 💕

Alice Peralta will forever be iconic for improvising this during re-recording omg! We wouldn't hear this freestyle again once we got the Kyoto Mix lives (2019) where we saw more of the Squid Sisters and they joined OtH for Ebb & Flow (Octo ver)
