Sanji's eyes in manga is pure brown/amber when he's angry. I would love that, it's like his eyes is burning as he is burning.

Also, it seems that Zoro's eyes in Manga is like olive grey. Mostly in the bright light condition it will shine a little bit green but mostly in olive tone.
