Here's my recent commission work. These are characters from the Dark Eye rpg. The boy is a naive and fun-loving 'fool' with a rude and obscene hand puppet as his friend. I had a lot of fun with this :)

Here is a grayscale process shot of the Chandra illustration. At this point I was still going to draw her hair in flames, but decided to leave it out.
I used to go straight to coloring, but recently I've been doing the grayscale versions and it has helped a lot with the values.
