I had some leftover paint from the wave pour so I got out a little 4x6 mini canvas. Delighted to see this little dragon appear. He still needs to be varnished but ready to ship in a week or so. $35 including US shipping and little easel. #Dragon #fantasyart #minipainting
Newest pour painting, 12x12 on canvas. I love this one! Reminds me of a whirlpool and the ocean. #seascape #abstractexpressionism #abstractart #painting #paintings
Seascape in progress. This is a pour painting. I'll be adding more to it, just not sure what yet :-). I'll see how it dries tomorrow and go from there.
Trying out Liquitex pouring medium. This mini and the 10x10 canvas came out of the same cup! I lost all the other colors on the larger one. But I think it will make a gorgeous seascape with a little embellishment. #painting #paintings #abstractart #abstractexpressionism
OMGosh! Turned this pour painting on its side and a red dragon emerged, entering Stage Right. Love my Arteza pour paints. Visit with me while I paint live on twitch: https://t.co/uWV0oHM6AG #painting #abstractpainting #livestream #twitchtv
Dramatic waterfall in a Japanese Garden. First time trying a waterfall using pour paints. It dried a little dark so I added some highlights and details in traditional acrylics. Love the end result. The original painting and prints are available at https://t.co/s3OIEFZvjD
Sweetened this pour painting with some details. I added distant river banks in a darker shade of teal and a bare tree in the front. Inspired by a view of Mary's River.
So...tried a traditional pour technique on this canvas, thinking I'd do an abstract. My type of paint was, near as I can tell, too thin and, to put it mildly, it did not work. Pressed foil on it to smooth out the colors, studied it, and decided to make it into a Japanese Garden
Reworked the sky on this pour painting. First time I tried adding new pour paint over old. Worked fine :-). @artezaofficial pour paints. #landscape #painting #lockdownArt
Here's the second painting from the same pour. I poured paint on one canvas, smooshed them together then finished each one up.
