So if this calculation is correct, we might get the 5th fighter reveal (or a new Direct) in this month, and 6th in June as to end FP2 at E3. This would make a perfect sense and timing since FP2 will last until this year.
I don't know about the rumored "7th Fighter" though...
So, here's my prediction for the last 2 (and half) DLC fighters! While I made this just for fun, I don't know what's gonna happen in the end. So I'm not gonna fully expect anything until then.

Another is that Shovel Knight has been appearing in many other crossover titles while Shantae has been absent for those titles a lot. There may be a possibility that Shantae's kept secret for the bigger title than those games, so maybe we can still expect her in Smash.
