In 2016 I was very inspired by the @NobrowPress 17x24 shortstories (like the @hildatheseries origin hildafolk) and bryan o'malley's seconds (there were also other influences that I can't remember now apart from adventure time)

So one day the aunt hears about this magical creature that has been spotted that is said to have magical blood that can cure all illnesses. And she wants it captured and tried on her son (the terminally ill one, I call him Bo for now).

Some of my ideas came from the wird conversations I had with my boyfriend and I kept a notebook about all the weirdest things he said to me for a while :D

But lets look at some pages.

Whenever I start a new comic, it takes me a few pages before I completely settle in. I'd often redraw the first pages at the end.

I drew page 1-4 last in this case and I think they turned out almost my favourite.
