Waru Ken the clone of Kaio Ken created by Dr.Rai. Instead of a fire element waru instead uses lighting much like his creator/mother Dr.Rai. He has a strange and confused relationship with Kaio. He’s a harder & slightly slower fighter than Kaio, but is overall still balanced.
