Y'know, the Nendoroid Arle artwork is basically just a 2D version of the Puyo Puyo Chronicle design.

Which is itself a mix of the old Compile chibi art style and the modern SEGA art style.

So purely by coincidence the Nendoroid Arle is a three-times homage to past Arles.

While the in-game graphics of the first Madou Monogatari game have a chibi look to them, this is what Arle, age 16, looked like at the time. This art style was abandoned after 1991's PC-98 release, which actually used it for the in-game graphics as well.

なんで赤ぷよ帽なのかというと…

ぷよキャラの「アミティ」という
キャラクターの名前の一部と
私の実名(下の名前)が一緒というのと、
単純に可愛くて好きだからというのと…
こう見えて、ぷよ歴は9年半くらいの
まあまあガチ勢のぷよらーだから
という感じの由来がありますw
