intsys character designers were like "fuck we missed out on the opportunity to give everyone but dedue cool scars. what do we do" and they slapped one on caspar bc they could use his hair as an excuse without fucking up the timeline due to the inherent permanence of scars
because I was already expecting to be let down in some capacity. Its difficult to improve upon perfection! and at the very least its a testament to how good his original design is!
Also if you enjoy it theres nothing wrong with that! Id just rather stick to the original
great. his haircut was a fresh rebellious take on the soldier undercut. practical while stylish! vs....... a generic spiky haircut with 1) much less personality than his pre ts haircut, which was an adorable look for his teenage self and 2) its very similar in style to TWO +
