The terminally online can’t seem to understand that someone who happens to look young is still a consenting adult. but I’d still call it a MASSIVE red flag if you can look at these characters and think “Scrumptious”

But I somewhat get the idea they were thought through for later massive hands as it balances design more and makes sense as she likely had to add muscle fiber as she went for heavy arms.
Also pre timeskip she IS thinner there.

Examples of real actual lolis meant to be adults are... hard to find. Most lolis are canonically meant to either be or look (dragon argument) underage.
The first is supposed to be a 41 year old woman, the second is a 300 year old dragon
