Miura and Kusanagi worked under the same publisher (Hakusensha) under different magazines (Berserk in seinen magazine Young Animal, Yona in shoujo magazine Hana to Yume) and Miura's promotion of Yona was actually valuable to the latter. Kusanagi even drew Griffith before!
Obviously not to directly compare all of these but it's specifically light haired, ambitious pretty boys who might look or act completely fine AT FIRST but are actually deeply fucked up on the inside/have a very intense personality or motivation/are straight up awful people 😂 https://t.co/wYzLBmzVI0

i was stuck with the fact that the staff said the titan trapper mural guy was inspired by a berserk character so i was like oh great idea. ill make this guy look like griffith then. he was younger when they got to the demon realm and hes obsessed with trophy hunting.
