New Shantae game comes out in just under two weeks so it's time for another Shantae drawing.
A shantae that I had in my WIP folder for god knows how long that I hadn't really done much to until now.
I only colored it, so if anyone knows who made the original sketch, let me know so that I can give them proper credit!

As for Genie #riskyboots I manage to animate the face but having issues with her left eye ( erh..right eye..? )
May need to look into @MrBozon older works to have better references!
