@TheMirabilez Sonic always struck me as more "inspirational" than "relatable", the kind of person he is, and how he helps others, is what every person should Inspire to be/do, similarly to Superman or Batman, the Sonic equivalent of a relatable character would be someone like Tails.

It's so obvious that Archie Sonic takes more from SatAM Sonic in terms of how he displays his emotions and ego than any other interpretation of the character, down to being the only two versions of Sonic to actually shed tears at any points, esp. ego flaunting, it's just that---

Hate this idea that Sonic in Archie is outta character for flaunting his ego in a dickish manner when it is explicitly stated in material to be one of his fundamental character flaws within this continuity.
it really bothers me when people blame sonic for the metal virus because he "let eggman go free". sonic had no reason to believe that mr tinker would go back to his old ways. why punish someone who hasn't got a clue what they did wrong?
