Since the 3DS Eshop is going down, I wanna take a bit to talk about one of my favorite games on the console. Kid Icarus Uprising was such an insanely fun, memorable and underrated game that deserved more love. I highly recommend it.

With the 3DS eshop dying, I urge you to buy this game and play it immediately

luckily I got this divine work of art for free with 700 coins on Club Nintendo back in early 2015 (it's my personal favorite 3DS game), but I'd recommend acting fast if you want to grab a copy

I can easily see this game increasing quite a bit in price once the eShop shuts down

Obviously it’s terrible compared to Pit’s other incarnations but the potential IS THERE

I’ve been waiting to get my hands on this game for years and It was well worth the wait. This was honestly one of Sakurai’s greatest works. The story was great and every character was incredibly likable. The controls did take some time getting used to though

In 2008, Pit got a total redesign for an appearance in Super Smash Bros Brawl. This design is also used for a lead appearance in Kid Icarus: Uprising in 2012, and has been used as the main design for Pit even today. There are two things of note here.
