I drew a quick sketch of Fio since @RelusionH refuses to draw her (because he prefers Eri, but he is wrong and has bad taste)

It's always kinda like this for a while. I would say that look is far left from this.
The art itself (you mentioned) is not constant. In Metal slug 4, Fio had a normal Portrait.
