I know it's only natural for a series' artstyle to evolve over time, but there is just something about the character art of Calamity Trigger that I just vastly prefer over later BlazBlue entries.
Arcsys tries really hard to make Sol look like a huge badass, and Ragna look like a huge dork. For me it's the opposite. Sol's attempt to look cool comes off as a bit silly, and Ragna is a lot more humbling
