I hope SEGA is building up to a one-off Puyo game entirely based on the Steam City AU.
All these AU versions of the casts all have jobs and that would give each of them more material to work with.
Raffina is a bounty hunter... That's legal in Steam City it seems.

Rulue doesn't really have that much in the way of funny. In Compile she has a lot but in SEGA she cranky single middle-aged woman energy. She's 18.
Raffina says "TruMoo" in Puyo Pop Fever and you cannot convince me otherwise!

Me personally I think both are great, but I think I like Raffina a little more.
Here’s some random examples of my art, including chibi examples. 💕 The chibi with Taro would just be chibis of your character you request (be it vtuber, oc, or character you don’t own but like) and Taro hanging out together! My chibi art style has changed a little since though.
Puyo Puyo 15th Anniversary's website had featured artwork from said game, but with a vastly different outlining and coloring style from what the actual game uses. For comparison, here's the website version of this artwork of Raffina versus how it looks ingame.
