Have a strong urge to draw a kylux/Made in Abyss crossover, with Armie and Ben wearing cave raider outfits, Armie being a Blue Whistle (or Moon?) and Ben a Red Whistle.

(I just love that manga /so much/! And for anyone fooled by the cutesy design - it has some messed up parts.)

For this thread I want to explore the major themes and emotions of this season through an aspect of this series I see people discredit too often: the characters
Personally I'm of the mind that a plot is built on the back of compelling characters, so the idea came naturally to me

Given what we know of White Whistles, every single one of them have always been misaligned from what makes a person normal. Ozen's twisted personality, Bondrewd's inhuman pursuit of progress, or Riko's unflinching desire for adventure. I think Wazukyan is the same as them.

数年前に観た1期に感銘受けて原作追ってる『メイドインアビス』、温存してた2期を一気に鑑賞。

んなぁ…黄金郷編エグみ強烈ながらやはりこれも唯一無二。全てを失ってなお己の業の化身として生き永らえる町、過去の選択が招く悲劇とその結末。
