Main character concept art:
Chrom's first design had a lot of red and blue, as a reference to Marth’s design, but Lucina ended up wearing those colors instead, which makes even more sense as she impersonates the Hero King Marth (and the last/new hope)!

Every character is from the first generation apart from Lucina. They’re facing left (past) as Lucina right (future).
Yet, their weapons are facing the same direction, so we know “Marth” isn’t a foe.
