Instead of just remakes, remakes, remakes, Mega Man 64 (and Mega Man Legends) hailed from an era when creatively reinterpreting iconic characters in new formats and universes was a thing!
also drew his civilian alter ego, "Rock A. Light", where I drew inspiration from Roll for his outfit. There was also a fan comic where Rock's middle initial was "A", which honestly reminded me of Aki Light from #MegaManFullyCharged, and I decided to use that idea for this ...

でもロールちゃんも今年はあんまり描けてないんだぁ～。見返したら結構ちゃんと描いてたの少なかったぁ。
honestly being real I prefer all of the designs from the Legends universe, and I like how these games look visually. definitely the best example of taking advantage of their hardware at the time. would love to see these games with modern technology.
