確かに肌の色などが減っているように見えるけど、実際減っているのは服のほうだけで、肌はそのままだった(若干違う色)
立ち待機モーション(ニュートラル)とかは少し修正されていた
でも変更がなかったモーションのほうが多いと思う
SNKのドット絵って肌の色を表現する時、6種類ぐらいの色を使って細かい層を作る場合が多い(実写風)
でもKOFの場合'99ぐらいからアニメ風の色使い(？)と、ペンの線を意識した黒系も使用していて、肌の色も少ないのでアニメっぽく見える
2000では黒い線はないけど肌の色が少ないまま
