Esse aqui eu gostei muito na época, e pra quem não desenhava cenário, ficou bonzinho, apesar das personagens não se encaixarem totalmente e parecer uma caixa de papelão. A pose da Chiaki tbm ficou bem durona, mas o rosto ficou bonito.

呼吸については「腹式呼吸が良い」という言葉が一人歩きして、反対に胸式呼吸は良くないと思われている方と出会うことも少なくないです。

胸を膨らませる呼吸が苦手な場合は呼吸が浅くなるだけでなく姿勢にも影響しますので胸(肋骨の間)を広げる呼吸もしておくと良いです。
