In conclusion, these scenes below are really predictable about how Ichigo will reacts if Orihime is missing/harmed/killed: he'll shocked,panic,raged or even depressed.

It looks like "worrying her" already become one of his traits. It's not even ooc. It's hinted from the start.

Orihime was just a mere classmate when the scenes above happened. His childhood friend Tatsuki was also there, collapsed & badly injured. But it's Orihime whom made him shocked.
