I’ve been in a weird place between emotions and work, but here’s me getting to it!

I don't like people blurring the line of reference and mimick
how you use a reference will determine how you grow as an artist. are you learning the shapes or are you just copying line for line? the more you learn forms the more likely you will be able to freehand and experiment
