Kyoto Animation created some of my most treasured works and have brought me joy and inspiration for as long as I've loved animation.

It hurts my heart to think about the lives lost and the trauma caused to the survivors.

回望京阿尼~

Still can’t believe what just happened. For those that don’t know, 33 people were killed in a Kyoto Animation studio by an arson. Tons of great anime was produced there and was presented to many people. I hope KyoAni will be able to stand up again. #PrayForKyoani

Omg... I can't express enough how sad I am hearing about the #KyotoAnimation tragedy... 😭
This studio has produced some of my absolute favorite anime (Free! ; Hibike Euphonium and Violet Evergarden, amongst many), so it breaks my heart!

My heart goes out to all the victims of this horrible incident. A truly painful loss. May those healing recover soon, and may the souls of the departed find repose.

#PrayForKyoani Uno de mis estudios de anime favoritos, por su animación, diseño y escenografías. Una gran pérdida para la industria. Ojalá el asesino que ocasionó el incendio pague por las 38 vidas que fueron tomadas.

光の中へ引っ張り出すことが救済を表す、なんてのも見事でしたね。

別れは必ず来る...｡

クリエイターとの別れは､その人がこの世界に生み出したはずの作品も一緒に持って行ってしまう｡

今回の別れは､辛すぎる｡

御亡くなりなった方々のご冥福をお祈りすると同時に
助かった方達の計り知れない悲しみと苦しみに
救われる日が一日も早く訪れる様に願っています｡

今自分達にできることは、有料の配信サイトとかで京アニのアニメを見ることじゃないかな？そうしたら僅かばかりだけど京アニにお金が入ると思うから。
京アニの作品が大好きなオタクだからこそ出来る事だと思う。

大人になってからハマったのがFree!でそれからアニメを観るように。
京アニはけいおん!、ハルヒ、ユーフォ、メイドラゴン、中二病…大好きな作品がたくさん。
今日は仕事が手につかなくてニュースを追っていた、ただただ悲しい…

今回の痛ましい事件に際して、謹んで亡くなられた方々のご冥福をお祈り申し上げます。友人家族共々素晴らしい作品にこれまで楽しませていただいた事に感謝申し上げます。友人と同人活動を続けておりました響けユーフォニアムを僕は本当に愛しています。友人の本に寄稿した絵です。　#PrayForKyoani

お悔やみにもならないかもしれないけど、京アニの作品はしっかりと胸に刻み込まれています。
