The more linear the visual novel is, the more likely the adaptation will have potential to be good.
Obviously the graphic content of some of these works would make them undesirable to adapt. Though they could work.
Would be cool to see in an alternate universe how they'd pan out.

@SkyGuyArt Imo light reflection on eyes represent hopefulness and curiosity. The phenomenon is more visible on big eyed animals such as cats and owls when they aren't looking down, and looking down generally means someone is in a bad mood.
