Kosmos and T-Elos are Namco Bandai crossover characters from Xenosaga present as Blades you can get in Xenoblade 2. That Namco Bandai connection will be what brings back Lloyd's costume.

Seriously though, almost every game in the Xeno series is super incredible. Deep writing, amazing characters, (usually) fun gameplay. amazing OSTs. I'd recommend this series to anyone and am glad more people continue to play these amazing games!
