Not having three pieces or not having a proper combination will result in Jill making a Sugar Rush by default (as any bartender worth her salt would). It provides 18% damage to all units which is... fine but nothing too special
Now sit back kids 'cause this is a long one.
Out of the gate Jill has a higher buff than most HGs (going up to 40% instead of the usual 30%) and at full specs (she converts her base damage into skill cooldown) she's able to basically upkeep her skill buffs 100% of the time

I finished the VA-11 HALL-A x Girls Frontline event story last night and it honestly kicked so much ass, I'm over the moon on how good it was. Absolutely adored the writing.
