Watched a film that dealt with issues of racism , then delved into some classic film on the criterion channel, now I’m settling down with some serious literature
1: Illustration from I.H.I.D.O.W.
2: Criterion Collection cover for John Carpenter’s The Thing
3: Lobster Portrait
4: a peek at a poster for her Thesis project
Something a little different. A style concept for Criterion!
It feels unfair that Oblivion got a gold style and Criterion got nothing so here is a silver style inspired by this version of the Iron Man suit!

Watched Summer with Monika (1953) by Ingmar Bergman. In the US when it was released they tried to emphasize the nudity (which was brief)...The poster touts that she's a bad girl and that you might need a babysitter if you see it.

A Face in the Crowd for Criterion Collection - https://t.co/ObFGXbtFon (Criterion, just in case you see this, I'm very much available)
Finally completed this piece. Really love doing these "criterion" pieces for Kamen Rider episodes. Thinking maybe doing something like these for X-Men or other comic Storylines.
in the background of this bedroom set, you can see the criterion collection's edition of the 1962 film, jules et jim; a french new wave drama about the charming catherine who makes a trio along with two friends, jules and jim.
#CallingCaldecott: @ShoshanaFlax on @underwoodwriter + @CindyDerby's "Outside In" (@HMHKids), which "particularly nails the #Caldecott criterion of 'appropriateness of style of illustration to the story, theme or concept.'" https://t.co/kkPn3SxCAv

100. Portrait of a Lady on Fire (2019) - Dir. Céline Sciamma
Finally! 100 MOVIES! I’ve been wanting to watch this for so long and then I put it off when I got the Criterion version as a gift because I was afraid of what it would do to me emotionally. I was correct.

The criterion Blu-ray I picked up looks absolutely incredible, one of my favorites. Just pretty much a really cool movie! 👍🏻
#CriterionSunday - QUEEN BEE (1955) - Arrogant Southern belle #JoanCrawford manipulates, alienates, and aggravates everyone around her, creating a perfect storm of pure social chaos! https://t.co/rQPAHNxyKT
It's been a decade now, and I have to say... Tron Legacy was actually good. Criterion Collection good? Of course not. But it was fun to watch and had a timeless message. It deserved a sequel.
