Ikr! It means "life" and there's a lot of significance behind it. U may recognize "chai" from the phrase "l'chaim," or "to life" :) any time i give Candy some Hebrew bling it usually says chai or l'chaim.
...plus this way when he says "high is my middle name" he's dead serious 💀

Happy Hanukkah! May your candles burn bright this season.

Lighting one menorah candle on each of Hanukkah's eight evenings is the central ritual of the Jewish festival. Menorah is the Hebrew word for lamp.

Say hello to Alora Bosworth (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ*.✧
The name Alora is a girl's name meaning “the Lord is my light” and is of Hebrew origin.

But behind that angelic name, who would expect that she is actually a half demon? 😈 https://t.co/JHOdRx3kET

Color racism and "white" people are anachronistic in regards to classical antiquity, but while Jesus of Nazareth was a Hebrew from Judea, hence West Asian, that doesn't mean there weren't Europeans in the Bible. There were plenty of Greeks and Latin Romans such as Pontius Pilate.

Its my birthday! I understand I can ask for retweets, hehe. Would love to get this one seen!

Inspired by the character design of the Hebrew Warrior I painted 2 weeks ago I wanted to paint a full illustration based on that piece.

Cheers!

Happy to share a new painting I made for my worldbuilding; A Hebrew warrior from the post-Solomonic era.

I researched Middle Eastern apparel from the era as well as from later ages due to lack of historical findings & artistic liberties. Hope you like!

Paleo-Hebrew and Japanese are not related, one is an abjad the other is a Syllabic writing system.

Throwback to my Alphabet project from 10 years ago. All the words in the illustration description start with the same Hebrew letter, this one is Pe (פ). In English it translates roughly to: An elephant, a panther, and a panda slicing a passion fruit pie with a furry paranoid cow.

It gets weirder, because Jones is a Welsh derivative of the Hebrew Johan, which is etymologically similar to Jonah (a biblical figure).

Jonah was the sailor who got swallowed by a whale. Coincidentally, Jones is the most common surname in Wales today.

Puella Eliana 💛

Eliana as a girl's name is of Hebrew origin meaning "God has answered". It may also be related to the Greek "elios" meaning "god of the sun", and the name may thus mean "daughter of the sun".
