it’s too bad the glasses are too opaque to see her eyes closed on elimination; though at certain angles you can still see it and it’s really good~ a nice skin and i’m looking forward to the new character estelle as well as adriana’s new summer skin to come

This was the first painting on the back of glass using the method I mentioned earlier - although this is on a thick piece of tempered glass I found somewhere. I hadn’t worked out using waterborne enamel yet so the white isn’t that opaque. It’s of my friend Chloe Shepard.

This is generated by drawing lots of opaque squares from right to left at a slight angle.

I tried getting a little bolder with these and taking an approach where I tried to work out the color early and with much more opaque color choices ala
@/rhineville's method.Not as good as his but still stronger than my previous ones I think and it'll make work easier.

when it comes to linework it makes it so I can nicely separate details like the outline of the jacket being more opaque than the folds. and for painting it helps me prevent putting down brush strokes that are too small to matter and keeps me focused on big shapes.

The compositing was done in https://t.co/y4hB4yxcoV to make the transparency effect, I used a plug-in to remove the black within the PNG, although Blender was suppose to make it transparent, it turned opaque when I rendered so my nodes weren't set correct
