Hoobert started out as an owl character. At first we went with a teal highlight colour and shapes close to those of real owls.

We later changed up the colours to those of an eastern screech owl, while making the shapes more cartoony.

its a bit late in the month but i drew a Christmas version of my OC, Snow, for the holidays. also trying something new with giving my OCs 4 fingers to make them look more cartoony. need more practice with 4 finger hands, but i like it. Merry Christmas everyone. and happy holidays

I loved monster high as a kid and the art was a huge influence on my style, particularly the really thick lines and sharp angles, it shows more in my newer art as it becomes a lil more cartoony.
