still drawing portraits, this one is pretty cartoony. I lost my reference a bit but I like the way it turned out. it was really fun experimenting with stipple to try and get the proper fade effect with the hair.

On the opposite end of the spectrum, its very easy to stylize prosthetics and wheelchairs to make them cartoony. Here's some examples of stylized prosthetics, all it takes is practice and willingness to actually try and draw it. (sorry if this feels aggressive)

Hoobert started out as an owl character. At first we went with a teal highlight colour and shapes close to those of real owls.

We later changed up the colours to those of an eastern screech owl, while making the shapes more cartoony.

I loved monster high as a kid and the art was a huge influence on my style, particularly the really thick lines and sharp angles, it shows more in my newer art as it becomes a lil more cartoony.
